Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the role conflict, emotional labor, and nursing performance outcomes among nurses in comprehensive nursing care service wards and general wards.

Results: Role conflict was lower among nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards than in general wards, and the difference was statistically significant.
